Will Stock OEM 18 Tires fit my New Axis Reverb Rims??

i called PepBoys today and they said it would be $21 for each rim to dismount/mount,balance,and put them on...i dont have no valve stems i was wondering if i could use the stock valve stems??

I wouldn't, they say you should replace stems when you change tires, but our tires wear faster than normal all season tires so you can change them every other time, or if you see they start cracking. But i wouldn't take the ones off your stock wheels and put them on another set. I know you can get just regular cheap valve stems for like $2 A piece, not really sure where to get the ones with the polished stem, or how much they cost.
