They haven't been rolled on. If so, the entire barrel, inside and outside lips, would be rashed.

Centercaps? Also, looks like the edges of the lips on at least one of those wheels might be bent inwards a bit.

They're not bent. Just big curbage, indentations, whatever you call it. The wheels are round and sound as far as I can tell.
