that is a driver side keyhole cover, all it really is is in japan our drivers side is their passenger side and just like our passenger side in the us it doesnt have a keyhole for the door, hence why i bout the passenger keyhole cover, really gave the car a clean look. i know thats really long but best i could describe it.
