do u have the harness.. ? the clip behind it and a lil bit of the wiring.

This is only for the gauge cluster itself. I do not have any other parts for it.

Please tell me those white marks is just dirt and not chips or paint. What is the condition of plastic glass or what ever the material is called.

That is just dust.

One of the corners of cover has a small chip. You cannot see it when installed. Or you can swap over your stock one. That's what I did.
