Hey Tom, I received the bumper today, but I have a huge problem. Attached are photos of the bumper as I received it. was the bumper insured? In the middle the bumper was indented, and the paint is ALLLL spiderwebbed and peeling. Would you return a partial refund for the fact I expected the paint to be usable when buying the bumper? I'm happy with how the paint is otherwise(as explained and described), but due to the shipping condition(not sure if its greyhounds fault, or if it was packaged too tight), but the bumper most likely should have been put in a box rather then just wrapped.

Either way, I hope I hear from you soon about this, and I hope we can come to an agreement.
