will the NRG strut bar clear a 5/16" plenum spacer AND carbon fiber engine cover(oem look, but carbon fiber)????

Just give me yours and I will do them when I do my new ones. It wont be too expensive. Since you have more red going on, I think you should powdercoat yours red.
