I would just think, durring emissions time it would be a POA to switch to cats. Do the high flow cats make much of a differance with power and will they pass inspection? If so I may consider getting these after I do my research. I know here in AZ where I live they don't require emission testing, they just do a visual inspection so it won't be a problem, but if I move somewhere where emissions is required, I don't want the hassle of having tw switch back and forth.

HFCs will not be any problem on emissions. Its the test pipes that you need to worry about.

I am just concerned about the CEL some people with these say they get it and passing emissions. Honistly, did you ever get a CEL?

You should be fine as long as you use a couple defoulers on it. I wouldn't worry.

+1

You should be fine as is but to be extra sure get some non-foulers. I never had non-foulers with my HFCs, only when I put my test pipes on.
