So you paid $700, took the "new" tires and want $600 for the rims??

tires don't hold their value as well as wheels do when they're used. $600 is still less than any other posting for the same wheels. also i'm looking for offers and $600 is a starting point for negotiation so i'm willing to sell for lower but want to leave some room to lower the price. and what about yourself? are you interested or just throwing in your useless $.02?

Really?

Since they normally seem to be selling for about $650 with tires at the most, from what I've seen, I'd like to offer $400.00
There, now it's not just my 2 cents..

You must be finding some pretty well hidden sellers because I've seen $800+ without tires all year.

I haven't seen them that low either. But in any case $400 is a bit below what I was looking for but I'll send you a PM and see if we can agree on something reasonable.

All of those either have curb rash, no tire tread, or a combination of both. It also seems like you only listed the lowest prices you can find (some of which aren't too far from $650) which directly contradicts your statement "$650 at the most" considering many sets are being sold for $1000+.

That's a statement that is simply false. Many sets are "for sale" for $1000+, but most of them are still for sale. So, the difference being that the sets that actually have been SELLING are going for $650 or less, while the sets that are still for sale are $1000+..
See the difference there?
And if I'm not mistaken these rims are curb rashed as well.

Sure thing.. I'll stay out of your thread, but in my own defense you didn't state that it was local only until not to long ago, and I feel I made an offer, while low, it wasn't off base.

So lets put this together. It's obvious that few (if any) good condition OEM 19's go for much less than $650. If there were good sets selling for $400 you would have displayed the links. The wheels being sold here have two small sections of curb rash as opposed to the majority of your examples which have curbage in even more abundance. Almost all of your examples come with bald tires meaning you're going to be paying someone to take them off (unless you happen to have access to a tire machine). When taking all of these things into account, what makes you think his set is worth $400? Chrome is excluded because there is less demand for less attractive wheels.

wheels are still in the valley but in burbank now and price for rims only has been dropped to $600. Local preferred but will open to shipping if needed. thanks!
You might want to change that then..
And thank you, and good luck with your sale.
