Brand new I see it going for $290. I think the dealer charges $400. Mine was sitting in the trunk, so its pretty much brand new but for MUCH cheaper!

Make sure you're pre-wired, cuz not all 03's are. Its by VIN number. For 2003 the VIN ranges are as follows, (these go by the last 6 digits of your VIN): Sedan VIN: 321894 & higher....Coupe VIN: 210827 & higher.

All 2004 and later cars are pre-wired from the factory. Basically its installed in the bottom of your trunk and controlled just like the radio with your factory head unit. Its really plug and play....just remove the bottom trunk lining and plug in the receiver....and then mount the antenna wherever you like. VERY easy to do.

The receiver is sitting under the lining in my trunk right now so I dont have a pic right now but i can take one when i pull it out. Heres my ebay listing i put up with pics similar to what i have:

you can buy the harness to make your car compatible for around $50....still comes out much cheaper than brand new which will be $290 + $50 = $340 + shipping. With mine it will come out to $75 +$50 = $125 Shipped
