These will work on 06 headlights with D2S bulbs right?

yes the ignitors will work with all 03-07 headlights. you will still need the Ballast which are on your existing 04 headlights if you are upgrading to 06. What you will do is just inplug the Ignitors from the ballast on your 04 headlights and transfer the ballast over to the 06 headlights. you will plug them um just like the 04's were.
