so how does this radar work, if the light beeps does that mean theres a cop near by?
and if i were to get pulled over and they see a radar in my car will i get a ticket for that?..jw again

 

Before boost it saved me a couple time on the way up to Orlando, after boost for sure beacue my foot got a little heavier. It beeps pretty accuratly from what I have found. It does how ever beep when you drive by supermarket with the automatic doors kinda cracked me up the first time, then I just got used to it. I was never pulled over with it, but I would check your state laws.

 

i have the same one, but only in blue LED, saved me more than i can remember. =)

 

And for 200 shipped that is probally the cost of the first ticket you will get with out it.

Bump for a good buy. The radar has memory to prevent false alarms like the supermarket, you just hit the mute and it remembers........Hey, why didn't you PM me? I would have traded the Meth/Alky system for it. Didn't you ask me about it? I just bought the 9500ix last week uuuggghhh!!!

 

hmmmm, I have just been thinking...... I fly from AZ to GA and back every two weeks. I keep a car in both states. I was just planning on just taking the 9500ix back and forth with me. If I got this, I could just leave one in my GA car and the other in the AZ car. Would you be willing to do an even trade for the coolingmist kit? If not, no biggie, I did just check and you did ask me about trades a couple of weeks ago. Let me know.

it does not have memory. aleast not the one he is selling. x50 8500, i have the same one, acutally i have 2.

its a great radar for the price back then. Its still one of the leaders now. But the mute thing does not have memory, the new 9500 might but not that the old one. having memory and no GPS is stupid. it drive past the same store every day and it goes off. i take the same toll road and it goes off, muted or not.

 

Bump for a great detector. I have the blue model and I can't tell you how many times it has saved me.
