and im just the middle man here..i never even got to see the plenum but just by those pictures on this forum and he is trying to have me banned from here and trying to have my paypal account closed...what an idiot this guy..again he will get refunded when my friend gets his part back to him.

kid takes off the dispute and seems to have vanished into thin air...i think he was trying to scam me..to no avail though..kids i tell you.

 

Buyer has till friday..friday meaning the plenum is in my posession to be returned to the owner to receive his refund..ibuyer has gone missing and taking the disputes off making it seem like he was trying to scam me...if this is the case i will try to have u banned from our community.

Leo, Im not a kid so dont call me a kid. I actually have responsibilities and a business to manage so watch what you say. I was not trying to scam you for $200 nor will I go broke over $200 that you and your buddy ripped me off. I just wanted a plenum that was in good condition like you stated but when I received a plenum that had at least 5 ripped mounting holes out of the 13..im gonna be f*ckin pissed. On top of that, you want me to send it back, PAY for shipping which means I have to take a $30 loss for something that isnt even my fault. If you would have been more honost about the sale (or your buddy) then I probably wouldn't have bought the plenum because its f*ucked up.

Aside from that, how in the world do you expect me to believe that I would get my money back EVEN if i decided to cut my losses and ship the plenum back? I was already lied to about the condition of the plenum so what makes you think I will believe that I will get a refund especially if Paypal basically told me that they cannot help me so they are out of it?


Bottom line is, the seller was very dishonost and I am very disappointed. I paid $200 for a plenum that will leak like theres no tomorrow therefore, it cannot be used. AND YES, I will be leaving you a negative feedback on the forums so that future buyers are warned about the way you do business with fellow forum members. And please dont give me the "I did not sell you the plenum it was my friend's plenum" bull****. I PMed you about the deal and I PAYPALED YOU the money so as far as Im concerned, you are responsible for making this right but unfortunately you are giving me the run-around.

 

Listen we have alrdy spoken on the matter many times alrdy..if u wanted ur refund all u had to do is return the item and ur refund would come to you..but ur deal was that you wanted it that same day without having sent the item back to me to get returned to the owner...sorry it doesn't work that way..and i dont care what u say..i never saw the plenum, hell i didn't even ship it..check the address smart guy..but yes ur right u paid me so i stayed around so u can atleast get ur money back under the circumstances that u would return the item..and i don't care if ur a kid or not..u pulled a tantrum because u wanted the money back the same day without sending the item back to make it to ur car show or w.e it is u were attending.I wasnt being "DISHONEST" look @ my Itrade im not gonna screw someone over 200 buxs or any amount of money so get ur **** straight with that...and i would off paid for ur shipping but u came @ me the wrong when i was trying to help you and this situation..so its gonna be like that..ur gonna have to pay for the shipping period..i will leave you a negative feedback as well so the feeling is mutual...you cried to paypal and they saw u were just out for no good and totally ignored you.
