Does anybody know if u can take off the tpms from stock 18's and switch them to these?? or do u need to buy new ones?

 

I'm almost positive that you can swap them over. I'm assuming that the 18's also use the blue Schrader sensors that came stock on the OEM Rays. These are pics of the Schrader sensors:




Not to mention, if I could fit my Lexus TPMS sensors in the wheels, I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem.
