i assume the guy who posted, match the components to his car so yes you would. but the stock deck is always the weakest part of your sound system. dont expect any great improvements without changing it. especially in our cars (the headunit is a strange one in terms of how it works)
also keep in mind what you want to do, the setup is great. you have the fronts for the hights and the subs for the lows.
if you're replacing the fronts only you're not gaining much in terms of base and the high's arnet that bad in ours cars.

I actually noticed when I replaced my HU the quality took a sh*tkicking which is why I went in the direction to buy all new components. Now Im selling the car and never took this stuff out of the box!
Can you give me more details on the components? I might interested in those. And when you say 2x for components, you mean u have one set (2 6.5's and 2 tweeters) right? or 2 sets like 4x 6.5's and 4 tweeters
