Hey do u know if these are crab legal in CA. And how much gain in hp?

 

these arent carb legal. I actually saw a dyno, and i think the guy got like 5 hp

 

i had this on a set up with test pipes and exhaust .... The mid-top end was ridiculous i loved it i got gas happy every corner lol but unfortunately i had to take it out as you can tell in my sig i no longer got the car... im in a new 05 6mt rev up black on black but not planning on engine modding it at all my loss is your gain

Only DC headers are carb legal
