This is a 9 out of 10 KurumaZ bumper. I just had it professionally painted in Jan 09 after I hit a cat and ruined the 1st one. I had planned on keeping it for a while but the car bug hit me and I broke down and traded the G in for another car. My loss is your gain on this.

There is one slight rub on the bottom of the passenger side where I rubbed a curb backing out of Boston Market but I've touched it up and it doesn't look bad. I'll also send matching paint with the bumper from paintscratch.com should you run into similar issues as it does sit about an inch lower than the stocker. This does come with mesh installed in the cutouts.

Its poly urethane and made by ConceptZ. The price is final because its painted and includes shipping w/mesh. You won't find a better deal once you add in your paint cost. Thanks.

only prob I see is the DG had many variations from year to year so it might have to be repainted anyway. My buddy has an '03 and he has a TON more metal flake in his than I do in mine.
