as title states hls are black come with all bulbs(inc. HID) NO ballasts asking 240.00 shipped price drop 200.00 obo (.hls have norm wear and tear but are in very good cond.(very few scratches on lenses). broken lower tab on DS but is still mountable (only half is missing).please pm for faster response.
