Custom Headlights non-projectors

I have a pair of 03-05 headlights, non projectors.

-They are painted flat black.
-The orange turn signal amber has been replaced with a white reflector.
-The "city light" bulb has been removed and replaced with leds, with resistors and a fuse inside that can easily be accessed if need to be.
-This is a "PLUG n PLAY" no striping wires to connect these to your turn signal or any other 12v source.
-No bulbs or ballast.
-I give the lens a 8 out of 10 for it's condition. No cracks, missing or broken tabs.
-You can easily change the OEM signal bulb to white bulb if wanted to, to bring out the white lens instead of the ugly stock orange.
-LEDS are about 7k in color.
-No installed pictures of on car, never got around to it.

Would like to sell locally so you can see what your buying.
951 area.

Asking 445

will add more pictures later

I dont see how you can bake them then "easily" take them out. The entire piece is orange (the reflector and the housing is one piece). You can sand one down and you will notice that the entire piece is just one orange piece. I believe E_K also dremeled his off not baked them off.

I did dremel it out... Make sure to tape around the area to avoid any chips, I used painters tape to mask it off.

For now I think the price is fair. You must take into consideration, the time, parts, and labor. Also note that these are plug n play, not many "modified" headlights are, they were safely prepared with resistors and a fuse.

I did not change the signal bulb, the stock bulb is still in place.

Rkool21, you can't buy one you have to custom make/cut one to make it fit.

For those that have PM I will not let these go for $200 or $300. Thanks for your interest tho.

Just a thought but you can use something like these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/7443-...spagenameZWD1V

with a clear lens, and it will look clear when the bulb isn't lit, and amber when it is lit. I have these on mine with the modified turn signal lens and they look great. I can't remember if we use 7443 or 7440, should be which ever one is dual filament.

^ I didnt want to change that bulb, a lot of times aftermarket bulbs can damage and burn wiring. I will leave the bulb changing up to the buyer. There is a wire that can be clipped to only turn on when you signal.

I'm not saying that you should change them before selling, just a note to any potential buyers that there are other options for the turn signal bulbs... and mine have definitely not burned any wires or caused any harm to my electrical system.
