well if u can just kindly look up the details about a limited account on paypal you'll see that i can not resend funds back to you. you can either withdraw the funds or wait till my limit is uplifted. so ya cus as of now till im gonna guess a while on, the funds
on my paypal acc are useless to me.

so what do I do then?? I lose out on the money I sent you?? bcause it would not let me file a claim to re-pull the funds back without you being involved..when I click on your account though and type in your email address to send funds it says a premier account is what you have

here is what it says to do...Is this what you were telling me you have done and you are just waiting for the limited status to be uplifted?

What's a limitation?

If your account access is limited, you won't be able to use some of your account features, such as sending or requesting funds. You can find the information about the account limitation by logging in to your PayPal account and visiting the Resolution Center.

What to do

Use the Resolution Center to restore full use of your account.

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Resolution Center at the top of the page.
3. Click Learn why your account access is limited.
4. Complete the steps to remove the limitation.

Once you complete all the steps, we will review the case and send you an email with the outcome of the review. If after 3 days your account is still limited, check the Resolution Center again for the status of your case.

i know what i am supposed to do to uplift the limitation for the account.. and the way i am supposed to solve it is by confirming my sisters credit card by them charging like 1 or 2 cents.. but the thing is that my sister cancelled that card.. so i need to call them to see what i need to do now.

but if you withdrew the funds and i was involved i dont see why you shouldnt do that to get your money back. worst comes to worst my whole paypal account would close.

Just go ahead and sell it to him if hes local....we can work on getting the money pulled back..I cant pull it back for at least 10 days after the transaction was made...So I will have to wait. With that being said I can try and file a claim and have you act on the claim but I dont want to cause anymore issues with your account until that is cleared...once that is cleared then maybe the funds will be there and you can issue the refund

paypal is a PITA... i called them and told them the situation about how my sister doesnt have that card anymore and they told me that i need to get the card number that was used.. and all the info on my sister. but yes for now i think the withdrawal would be the best way to go. if i get it situated before that ill let you know and issue a refund.
