FS: Crawford V1 plenum

old school upper plenum for sale im parting out to help out my family as best i can so this has to go. its still on my car until this weekend when i can swap it back to stock. ill post engine bay pics so you can see it. im asking $200 obo.

what kind of gains from this? similar/better than the MD 5/16" spacer?

pm me your email and ill send pics there its easier for me and you use all your factory hardware except it comes with 4 bolts that you need

i never had a spacer so i cant say from my own experience but it deffinately gained for me

no dyno runs or anyone w/ estimate or proof to show gains?

I have the V5 and there was definate gains. Motordyne has a dyno chart comparision. Plenum "C" I believe.

IMHO the only diff inbetween versions is looks. But you have to be careful about fitment of the early ones. Maybe not the V1s because they were rewelded oems. Looks the worst but probably still fit well. Later versions until the V5 were some recast versions that some didn't lay flat and had a tendency to leak if you didn't use 2 gaskets.

Pic is a must here. If it's the 1st version, it's probably good to go.

and just so everyone knows the blue dot on the top is rtv sealant becuase it had a very small leak and i didnt feel like trying to find a washer to put on it so i just globbed some rtv on it and called it a day because i dont care what it looks like

plenum leak

So it has a hole were the blue dot is at? Does a bolt go in there or it just developed a hole right there?

theres a bolt there i just didnt have a washer to put on it so i used rtv and called it a day and never touched it again lol
