The only place I've heard about issues with the intelligent ECU is here on the forums. I've seen many Gs and Zs running piggybacks like UTEC, HKS, etc... and they all work fine. I don't see why this controller is any different. If you're really concerned, then your only good option is to get a reflash like Technosquare, COBB, or Osiris.
