03 & 05 bumpers are exactly the same, color and all. if colors were different, even by a pinch, the color code would be different.
if you take a look at justin and josh car there 03/04 has a lighter DG compared to our DG. thats why the impul sides n rear look kinda off on my car to be honest, its cuz of the lighter DG in 03/04.
your impul sides and rear are off because the shop that painted them sucks at color matching.
anyway, back on topic...justin's for sale thread. for the record, IT'S THE SAME.
BTW this bumper is temporarily (or forever?) discontinued since Klumzyee is mysteriously absent - Mark it up to like $1100 it's a collector's item
Ive seen this happen as well. There were 3 DG's two 04's and one 05 and the 05 was noticeably darker than the 04's.

An '05 would also have been in the sun for a shorter period of time - therefore less fading of the paint. Seeing as how the color codes are the same and I've had my bumper repainted with the same code (not by someone with the know-how to color-match either) and the color was fine, I'd say the paint's the same

All bumpers are the same from 03-07 unless you have the sport which is different, but that only applies to the 06-07. DG is the same all the way through otherwise the color code would have changed. The differences you see is because the conditions of the cars, some are garage kept, others are parked outside, clearcoats will fade after time.
