Camber kit for the rear is definitely recommended. Many buy the rear camber kit first because of its fairly inexpensive cost and second because rear tires are much more expensive than front tires and see alot of more wear.
General rule of thumb is you'll go through rear tires twice before you change your fronts (subjective to different factors of course).
I'd recommend camber kit all around!
Not too hard to install. With basic mechanical skills and familiarity of suspension will get the job done. The hardest part will be compressing the front strut to release the spring and put on the new one. Read a tutorial for further info.
You shouldn't have to roll fender at all. Do you have spacers on your OEM 19s? Depending on if you are running spacers and tire sizes you might need to roll your fenders. However, without any sort of spacer, no you wont need to.
Bump for a great guy!!! A trustworthy team member who takes care of his parts and pride in his car. Buyer will not be disappointed.
