yes that is correct. this plenum spacer has been on dem1k's car but not mine. i was planning on getting it installed but never got around do actually doing it, so as far as i know the plenum spacer has 2k miles on it and this part isnt really a wear and tear part so it really doesnt matter

why local only? doesn't seem like it'd be hard to ship...
