You really don't need boxes for the wheels. All you need is cardboard panel that's large enough (Say... 18x18 or 19x19), and put them between the wheels and just wrap them up with some bubble wrap or just industrial grade wraps. I sent 2 wheels to Chicago (19 inch Volk GTS) from SoCal a few months ago through UPS and they charged me around 65 bux including the packing.

I do apologize but if you need wheels immediately you're going to need to make other arrangements. After the medical deploy in indo, they redeployed us to the phillipines for the initial response. we're waiting for the next team to arrive before my team can leave.
