The +12 offset in the front gives the front lip a better size match with the rear lip & gives the car better symmetry than with +22 offsets all around that you see everywhere. Personally I hate the small lip in the front of a +22 TE37 or LE37 wheel. It will be nigh impossible to find these anywhere else as they have been discontinued for quite some time now so get in on it now!
