Nissan Ipod Harness Kit Part#: 99U7-VS000
This kit allows you to connect and control your ipod to the factory radio using the SAT input. I don't know much about how this kit because I was never able to install it on my sedan. Originally, i think, this is made for the coupe with sat/xm radio ready or prewired. Good condition except for the cable that you connect to your ipod is broken. You can see the damage cable on pic #3.

dose it still work with the broken cable at a certain position, or its totally done?
The cable is done, you probably need to get a new one from Clarion. Or unless you can try to fix it. But the harness, the ipod module is still good.
