FS: Non-Rev Vortech V-3 SI turnkey setup 460whp DD
With much reluctance, I am selling my awesome Vortech V-3 kit.
This setup still holds the record HP for a stock block vortech (or any VQ vortech setup) at Forged Performance in Marietta, GA at 457.7 whp on the 'heartberaker' DynoDynamics. You can compare my power to ANY 460whp block twin turbo setup and it will match it.
But you have a super easy install, can pull off the cog belt if you want to travel and save gas, and if something does happen, a rebuild is 300$ not 2000$ like is common for a pair of turbos
So here's what's included
Vortech V-3 self contained supercharger with SI trim impeller upgrade
--no need to tap the block
--super easy install
--1 year old
--less than 4000 miles on the blower
--1st oil change completed at 2500 miles
--includes 2 brand new bottles of Vortech Oil
--includes 3 cog belts (2 brand new, 1 that was used in the current setup)
--includes 2 Gates serpentine belts (1 brand new, 1 used on the setup) never slipped, have boost charts up to 17psi showing completely linear curves!
Monster 24x12x4" Core Intercooler
--2 dents in the bottom from a damn parking curb (but no leaks, just cosmetic)
ALL T-Bolt clamps
--theres like 70$ in just clamps
--never blow off, system was perfect up to 17psi
All Silicone hose couplers
All mounting bolts
Vortech Race Bypass valve
--valving in excellent condition
--no compressor surge up to 17psi
Intake pipe has port for 1/8" NPT nozzle (meth/nitrous)
--has a plug grey RTV'd in there in case new owner doesnt need it
UTEC EMS with MAP sensor
--perfect system for a supercharger
--preloaded with a map to get you going (you'll want to get it touched up to match your motor, exhaust, etc)
Deatschwerks 600cc injectors
--perfect match for this setup
--will need a new set of O-rings for the top of the injectors that go into the rails (you should never really re-use those anyhow)
So all you need to get going would be an $85 Walbro 255L fuel pump.

Highly suggest if you want to run all out, to get a return fuel system as well. But that can be added later and just have the tune adjusted accordingly.
So not looking to part out right now, and not in a huge rush to sell.
Looking for $4400 shipped.
Feel free to PM any questions you might have

BPV is the standard one that comes with the kit. Worked perfectly.
No TT kit yet. I wish. Bills to pay

nothing extra as long as your have a non-revup. same kit between the G and the Z.
Just needs an $85 Walbro fuel pump to start making TT power on a self contained CARB legal supercharger.
