PM WTF?? and EldinsG35. I know WTF?? has the shims but I don't think he still has the extended bolts that came with the kit. EldinsG35 might have the shims and bolts unless he decided to run the full kit.

Try hitting up the vendors that sell the kits or SPC directly.
