Well aside from better air flow and easier access to change your oil, there is also the bling factor. And no no ARC undertray says ARC on them. However, if you ever see one in person you'll see the quality is ARC's top notch only.

how does this provide any easier access? I see the same small hole to get at the oil filter and drain plug as the stock. I cut my hands up enough with the plastic. Aluminum would be brutal.
