H&R Sport Springs for something taller!

I just installed a set of H&R sport springs on my '04 coupe. With factory 18"s and an authentic INGS+1 lip I am having a horrible day! I drag on everything!

So I'm looking for HTECH's or something that would raise the car 1/4". These springs have 20k miles on them from the previous owner, no rust, and I can supply the original box.

Local Atlanta trades would be awesome

I'm also to open to any local people with 19"s and good tires because that would solve the issues as well.

stock body doesn't drag anything. The problem I have is the INGS+1 lip which is probably the lowest on the market. I'm also dragging the center section of my Fast Intentions Exhaust only on speed bumps. Any car with stock body or something larger than 18"s will be fine.
