I paid this guy on paypal - he told me last week that it would go out the next day....that would have been last saturday.
each day he's made another excuse. now he won't return my texts/calls. one of his excuses was that he shipped it to the wrong address and it got sent back to him. that was clearly a lie because i could tell on the phone that he didn't even believe what he was saying.
if requested for my money back on paypal by filing a claim.
