FS[NorEast]: akebono front setup complete!!!!
Yes, all 1st Gens (03-06 sedan, 03-07 coupe) have the same setup, so the bracket is needed for install. Still a pretty good price considering if you price the individual parts from a Nissan/Infiniti parts website, you'll be at about $1000 w/o the brackets.
Coz@Czp is selling the front kit w/ bracket for $1195 (not including shipping):

again, a pretty good deal. GLWS

i put them on just cause i liked the way they looked behind my 22's, and had them on from the day before the occ meet over the summer till october, lease is up and im getting the 2010 6mt so its got them already my loss is ur gain i just dont want to ship cause the heavy as f*** and they have some fluid still in them
people dont buy bbk just to stop faster at a red light..
its about how these perform better in tracks and sprited driving.
Also handles heat much better than oem brembo rotors. i know you love your oem brembo, but you are wrong.
I doubt they'll stop any faster.
Yes I do enjoy having my brembos but I also know the Akebonos are great brakes as well.
The fact that they have bigger rotors and they're heavier are not posisitives if you are thinking about track perfromance. smaller rotors allow for smaller wheels-resulting in less weight, not only from saving weight on the rotor but the rim as well, but im sure you know this.
Sorry OP... BUmp and GLWS.
