Lol, I can't say how much it would be shipped. Total cost would be the $325 + whatever the shipping cost is (I have no idea how much it would cost to ship them). And sorry, but parhamm1 had first dibs if I shipped. Now if he doesnt want them anymore, then they're all yours.

But to answer your questions, it doesn't include hardware, just what's shown in the pics (minus the paper
). I used the bolts from my stock cats when I installed these HFCs and had no problems.
And I really don't know what the difference is lol. Logic would tell me that ceramic would run cooler than metallic?
