yes, just the air bags...

and yes, they slip right over your coils...remove the spring and replace it with these...

i don't like that UAS offers 1/2" valves and lines for their kit...its way too fast of a set up...1/4" or 3/8" is better...

 

these are for g35 coupe f+r?

 

they are for any car with a strut that measures under 2.14 in diameter...yes, i believe they will fit over your stock struts...
