This kit will fit any 03-04 G35 manual or automatic. I have confirmed this with ATI (Jason) today. In regards to the waranty of the kit is one year on part defects. If you get the kit installed at ATI they do offer extended warranties. The warranty left on the kit that I have is about 4 months. I hope this helps.

do you konw what kind of gains you will get from this kit?i think someone had a procharger and got 380 rwhp on a ts dyno but im not sure if i rember it correctly.

 

I have called ATI again asking what the exact gains would be they insist on 45-50% but is dependent on your vehicle and your tuner. They conservatley said that 360-375 Rwhp was about right but he said that he was gong conservative on the estimate.
