You never answered my ? in the PM I sent . Is it painted in a black chrome or a gloss black ?

 

sorry i thought i answered that...it is a gloss black...you cannot paint black chrome...you can get black chrome plating like regular chrome on plastic though...not many places that do that and it is expensive
