Yeah plate is just stuck on with tape. The idea was to get this bumper and roll it for a everyday bumper. The cops in Cali have got out of hand on modded cars. I know a couple guys that have been sited with a ref ticket. I dont even want to drive the car! It really sux! At this point there is no need to have it on the car. I also dont know what Im going to do with the car.
