I may be shooting myself in the foot by bumping this post, but isin't this a good deal?

 

I kinda thought so , but then I read the part about nails..... "a nail or two" is what he says in his listing!!! or two? well which is it? and why wouldn't he just pay the $20 to fix it? Makes no sense to me unless it renders the tires unusable!

He would have been local for me too, but he doesnt respond to anything I send him... PM's, emails through Ebay... nothing.

If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

 

Check out the first pic in the first column. Is the upper left bent? It could just be an optical illusion with the shadows, but I kinda noticed it.
