i'm curious if there is any significant difference in the service manuals between the 06 and 04 coupes? Specifically the core stuff like suspension/brakes/engine work (not the lil feature differences)?

03 and 04 is basically same things. we use the same manuals.. for those two years.. 05 are totally different from 03-04.. did you ever notice now 03-04 have so many recalls.. there alot of differneces. and 06 has a few differneces.. i mean you gotta understand every year new parts and etc..

Aren't the front brake pads for '05 the same for all coupes, regardless of sport suspension?

no the front brake pads for the 05 are different.. the sport tuned package brakes are bigger.. and the non sport tuned are smaller.. we had alot of complaints about that from customers.. but that's what it is..

My service manual specs shows them being the same. Any parts lookup shows one number for 2wd and another number for AWD. I have never seen any review or literature mentioning brakes being different with the sport package.
