I was wondering if someone can give me a hand since Pac is not responding to me. Originally, I purchased the Pac SWI-ALP for my Kenwood DDX-8017 and I was told that it would work. However, it doesn't. The Pac Swi-ALP comes with a direct plug in to the headunit, however, there is no hole on the unit for such a plug. I don't remember but I think someone was using the swi-alp for the same headunit so maybe he will chime in here again. I was wondering if the SWI-X would work since that unit seems to be pretty universal. Any help would be great, thanks.
