I read some where that the only diference between the regular and Bose radios were the extra amp and rear deck speakers but that the head unit and other speakers are all the same.

I ended up getting my 2004 coupe without the premium package but with a sunroof because the dealer said the I would have a 6 mount wait because I wanted the 6 speed.

What is the best way to add rear speakers, if the radio is thesame could I just buy the amp and rear speakers becse the wiring should be there.

That kind of upsets me, becuase I was under the impression I had to order the premium stereo in order to have the sunroof. Tells you how much I knew..

Well Mike, are you sure the wiring harness is the same as the premium coupe? This is basically the same question I posed in a recent thread [More BASE audio questions] and did not get answered here or at my dealer. Please post if you find the answer. Thanks.
