Does that sound ok? or is there something wrong? like too little mids,highs or bass?

How are you going to use the xovers? Don't the kappa components already come with xovers?

 

or what does everyone recommend me getting.

My car is a 2003 coupe with the bose system
Im trrying to spend less then 700 on all the speakers.
Im not looking for subs and amps, im just trying to upgrade my speakers, maybe down the line when i have more money to blow ill get a sub and amps.
I listen to rap, rock, rb, pretty much top 40 music.

 

get some really, really good comps, and amp to power them, a sub and amp a amp to power that...cut the 6x9's. if you want to deal with taking out the rear 6.5's and replacing, go ahead but thats up tp you.

With that budget, I'd get:
Infinity Components 60.7cs $170 ebay
Inifnity 62.7i $100 ebay
infinity Basslink ~$200 ebay
Knukonceptz 8 guage wiring kit $25
Soundgate LOCPREA ~$50
All for under $550, if your budget is $700, then add a $150 2 channel amp to power the components, and you're good to go. The basslink should provide enough thump to satisfy your needs, and there is no need to upgrade the 6x9's if you have a sub

 

ok so the 6x9 should get disconnected? i already blew them up, thats why i was going to replcae them.

 

if you blew them with the stock amp cant you get them replaced under warranty... also be careful of ebay, theres no warranty on that stuff.. i had a jl sub go out on me in about a month, from one of the online ebay stores.they wouldnt replace it or anything.. i only had 150 watts running to it so i know i couldnt have blown it. fvckin sux!!

Just remove them then, and it will vent the base from your trunk into the car. Should work just fine without the 6x9s, or if you are lazy just leave them
