Engine Noise with PAC-NIS2

Anyone experiencing engine noise with the PAC NIS2? I'm going to add an inline ground loop adapter but a buddy of mine told me that I can ground the RCA's on the metal part where they connect? Do I just solder a wire to the outside to ground?

I'm confused if it's my power converter going into my ps2 or if it's the RCAs? The noise isn't loud but noticable when there is silence.

Also I'm catching lines on the tvandnav2go module. Something tells me that a ground point isn't good somewhere because I have the lines when the car is off too.

Damn I need to rip the b*tch back open again.

well I cleared up the engine noise and that's gone but the line son the tvandnav2g0 video is still there. It's even on while the car is off which leads me to believe it may be a bad grounding point or something?
