Eclipse Amps - need pics of setup & help
All,
I am in the process of purchasing an Eclipse EA4000 and XA1000 and I am worried about the configuration. I ordered a 4 gauge kit from knukonceptz and power/ground distribution boxes from them that splits the 4 gauge to 8 gauge. I made a quick decision to purchase and am worried about the <2v signal coming from the stock headunit. Has anyone had any experience with these amps and how they work with the headunit?
Also, does anyone have pics of them in action?
One more thing, where does everyone ground to and what kind of connection do you make with that ground? Meaning, do you use a 4gauge spade adapter to the seatbelt bolt, etc...
Whenever I have installed systems, I have always made shortcuts. This time I want to do it right, so any input is appreciated for the noob.

I've never used Eclipse amps before, so I don't know much about them. Can they accept speaker level inputs? Are speaker level signals really <2v?
I basically used a 4g ring connector and bolted to an existing seatbelt bolt underneath the rear seat. They say if you run some really high wattage amps then you should run a ground wire back to the battery terminal.
