can someone tell me what size hex key the JL amps use? I'm trying to disconnect the wires but im having a hard time finding the right size! I went out and bought a whole hex key set but none of them work.. is it like an "in between" size like what my audioshop said?

 

I'm pretty sure it's a 2.5mm key, but it has been a while, so don't quote me on that...

 

well found out that JL provides you with a key when u buy their amp

 

Oh yeah, that too. I thought you lost yours or something. LOL

 

yea i did lose it but i recently bought a new amp and they provided me with a key. sweeet!
