I had one in my other G35 coupe.. Trunk space.. yeah right.. Even though it is smaller. I still had no space at all in it. It took up way too much.
I have seen on here someone is making boxes that fit in the trunk with factory matching carpet. That is the way to go..LOoked really nice. Do a search for it.

Search for post about the Infinity basslink, it fits on the driver side corner area if you shove it in there and doesn't take up too much space. Its probably enough bass for most people, but a better option is the 4080 box with your choice of sub

Do a Infinity basslink or go with a 4080 and a small amp mounted to the back of your seat. You will look less space that way than with the tube and about the same space as the 4080. Plus it will sound better because you can get better speakers.

Here is my 4080, but with the amp on the trunk floor:

Wink

Thanks For The Info And Pictures. Need To Keep As Much Trunk For The Wife As Possible {lots O Stuff}. Just Very Dissapointed In Bose System. No Real Mids And Lows . Dont Want Bone Jarring Bass Just Great Sound A Reasonable Volume. The Mach 460 System In My Mach 1 Kills The So Called Great Bose System. The Stereo Is The Most Dissapointing Thing About The G. Complained To Infiniti And The Changed Out Head Unit, But Not Much Better..i Do Love The Steering Controls ....thanks Again

I had the basslink which didn't give enough kick for me. I used it for one day and removed it. Its a nice addition for someone who wants a very very very light addition. For me I couldn't tell the difference from the stock w/or without it. ANd I definitely didn't miss it after I took it out. However I have heard that newer ones are pretty good so I m not sure. Good luck.

use teh 4080 box.. I had a Bazooka in my old 4runner-- The 4080 hits way tight, looks a lot better, and takes up hardly any room. It is worth the money.....
