Ugh problem with TR-7...HELP ME!!!

Ok so i've been trying to get my IVA-W200 installed. I have a PAC TR-7 bypass module that i can't get to work. I'm very good at this kind of thing so i'm leading to device failure...BUT... heres what i got.

I have the Black Wire Grounded
Red Wire is attached to an IGN12Volt
White and Blue wires are hooked up to Brake and E-Brake respectively

Process...
Set switch to 'ON'
Grounded Brown wire twice, led lit each ground, then lit twice to verify, then blinked rapidly.
Placed switch 'OFF'
Attached Green wire to Amp Remote on Headunit

When the deck turns on, i cannot get to any advanced setup features, and i cannot get any dvd's to play, i just get a circle with a line through it in the top right corner.

Please help i really want to use the bypass so i don't have to do the switch method. Thanks!

I just installed my TR7 and it worked perfect. Then I hooked up Alpine Navi and it quit working. If you have any other wires hooked up the the IVA-W200 brake wires then this will not work. You have to just ground the parking brake wire from the Navi and not hook it up to the parking brake wire on the W200. Hope this is the problem for you guys. When you hook up more than one wire it reduces the 150mhz signal from the TR7 or something like that.

I didnt see this post and when i hooked my navi wire up to the parking brake wire it the TR-7 started trippin... then i disconnected the navi parking brake wire and tried to re-pulse the TR-7 and it still wont work... is it possible that the TR-7 is fried?? Dang this sucks!!!

see now my switch idea doesnt sound dumb does it...no point in buying a bypass if you can wire a switch to the hand brake and tap your brake while the switch is on to bypass it...and mine works with the nav...

the TR7, is acutally prone to failure, i have over hte past 5 or 6 years, had about 4 go on me...

thats is why from then on, i just put a switch on the brake lead, how hard is it to flip it once, twice thrice? if your TR7 is not working and its done right, i would just say do a switch somehwere, a snice rounded rocker switchwould work well
