If I install a new aftermarket head unit will it effect the navigation screen for the infiniti? I heard that if you take out the stock deck it will mess up the navigation system. Is this true? Because I really want to install a stereo system, but not effecting the navigation.

 

Don't know, but I do know you need to buy a new dash unless you are planning on having your own made. To have a stereo headunit installed cost me around $1500 including the parts.
