Hey guys- Im a newbie to forums. i just bought a 2003 G35 with stock Bose hu. i want to hardwire my Ipod. Everywhere i go they tell me its not possible. any suggestions? it looks like a lot of fab work to replace the hu so if its possible i dont want to do that. the hu has a input for satalite ( which im not using) can i somehow use that to make rca connection?

you can use the USA Spec PA11-NIS if you want to have control of your ipod via the steering wheel controls etc. That is the most commonly used ipod interface on here

 

ype...there are a few different adapters that can acheive this.

One adapter allows you to still use your steering wheel controls to control Ipod

The other doesn't...

If you are using Sirius/XM then you are stuck with the ladder.

Are you, or do you plan on using Sirius/XM?

 

no i dont plan on using the satalite radio.
